The fasting or intermittent fasting approach to health has been studied for years in the lab of Satchin Panda, PhD one of the most published and widely cited circadian rhythms and fasting researchers. Small changes are the most sustainable. At Ontime we take our inspiration from the decades of research from Dr Panda. Focused on realistic goals while recognizing everyone has a life to accommodate.
